Students asked to vacate school premises after staging a protest in Ondo State

Students of Achievers University, Owo, Ondo State, are currently lamenting their dire situation after they were allegedly asked to vacate the school premises after staging a protest.

According to multiple sources, the students had protested the unavailability of power supply and water in the last one week. “We haven’t had light and water for over a week and we came out to protest because of the exorbitant amount we pay as school fees.

Only for us to get a notice this morning to vacate the school premises. Some of us are stranded and there was a robbery att*ck not far from the school. Police officers were brought to teargas any student found in the school compound,” a source said. [Swipe]
