A lady identified as Florence Chikeze, and married to Abbi Local Government Chairman in Delta State, Hon Christopher Amulum, is currently writhing in pain after she was allegedly beaten to a pulp by him.
According to a source, Hon Christopher, who lives in Abraka area of the state and was recently reinstated as Local government chairman on March 6, 2021, has allegedly turned his wife to a punchbag.
“We got a call from their neighbor on Saturday that Christopher had beaten her and she was unconscious. We had to reach out to some friends to help take her to the hospital. On getting there, they discovered that he was drunk and rushed her to the hospital.
Only for us to hear that Christopher moved her away from the hospital to only God knows where. We want justice. That woman has suffered enough,” the source said. [Swipe for GRAPHIC content]
