The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu, has ordered the immediate orderly room trial of Inspector Joseph Dike, who was caught in a viral picture extorting a motorcyclist.
The commissioner gave the order on Wednesday, September 23, just a one day after Dike, attached to Aguda Division of Lagos State, went viral after he was captured extorting a motorcyclist at Pako Pin-Down Point, Aguda.
