A lady was Thursday left with bruises all over her face, following an encounter with the police in Asaba, Delta State.
According to EthiopeMedia, trouble started when a truck driver collided with the woman’s car and it led to an argument between them.
However, one of the police officers who came around to intervene, ordered the lady to remove her car from the road, but she was suddenly attacked by the officer while attempting to do as instructed.
It was gathered that the lady was hit several times by the officers, thus, resulting in bruises and injuries on her face.
It was further learned that the woman was allegedly detained at the GRA police station between 3:30 pm and 8:00 pm before being eventually released. ?: EthiopeMedia
