The Deedat’s family has been thrown into mourning after their 25-year-old son, Ahmad Deedat , allegedly committed suicide at their residence in Minna, Niger State.
It was gathered that the deceased — who was a medical student in a foreign school, but only returned to the country few months ago to do his Housemanship — took his own life by drinking a poisonous substance yesterday, August 26, 2020.
The reasons for his action remains unknown but he has been buried according to Islamic rites.
