Chioma’s uncle arrested for brutalizing her in Anambra

The Anambra state police command has arrested a 40-year-old man, Hillary Apeh, for brutalizing his niece at his residence in Maryland Estates, 3-3 Onitsha. .

Anambra state police spokesperson, Haruna Mohammed, said the suspect confessed to inflicting injuries on his 9 year old niece,  Chioma Ogbu, over repeated delay when sent on errands. .

The victim has been taken to the hospital for treatment while investigation is ongoing after which suspect would be brought to book.
