Barnabas Otu, a newly admitted Urban and Regional Planning student of the #CrossRiver University of Technology, CRUTECH, has drowned, hours after his matriculation.
It was gathered that the incident occurred on Monday in the swimming pool of a hotel located at Akai Efa, #Calabar, where the students had gone for their matriculation party.
