UNILAG staff commits suicide after allegedly facing disciplinary panel .

Sunday Meshioye, a staff of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), has reportedly committed suicide by drinking a poisonous substance after being made to face a disciplinary panel.

The father-of-three faced the panel on Tuesday after a UNILAG bus he was driving got burnt. It was gathered that Meshioye thereafter poisoned himself on Wednesday. .

He was subsequently rushed to UNILAG health center before being transferred to Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) where he died.
