According to Henry Moses, who took the pictures last week, he saw the “Almajiri” boy on the street, with shackles on his legs. He asked him what happened and the boy said his Mallam chained his legs so that he would not go out. It happened in Zaria, close to Ahmadu Bello University, where Moses schools. He added that the boy should be between 7-8 years of age.
