Victor Silas, 30, is a Marine Engineer and a graduate of the Maritime Academy of Nigeria. He went missing at Bonny Island, Rivers State, on 25/06/15, while working for Q&Q Control services. All avenues to reach him since then has proven abortive. If anyone has any information on his whereabouts, here is the number to call: 08101360455.
