The tragic incident happened this evening at Mobil Filing station by Mr Biggs at Oregun, Lagos, while people were struggling to buy petrol. While trying to park by a fuel pump, the driver lost control of his car and crashed into Mr Biggs. Unfortunately the man in picture was by the door and his leg was broken by the car.
