On the 4th of February, 2016, the Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, issued a letter asking all indigenes of the state who are on state scholarship abroad to return home to continue their studies in any University in Nigeria. The reason given was that the state is currently facing financial crisis. Only final year students are spared….. ds is another way of supporting d “buy 9ja to grow d Naira” trend…..
