Aero flight NG127 from Lagos to Abuja yesterday made an emergency landing as a result of a burst tyre and torn wing. The tyre of the Boeing 737-500 Aero Airlines aircraft burst during take-off at the Murtala Muhammed Airport 2 (MM2), Lagos, while a
passenger noticed the torn wing after take off.
The passengers were scared as the pilot initiated a return. On landing, they were transferred to another aircraft while some demanded for refunds. Some passengers rescheduled their flight for today…… while d remaining ones said they’d wait till d aircraft is fixed…..
