The money laundering charges leveled against former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, by EFCC was today dismissed by a Federal High Court in Lagos. Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia, freed Fani-Kayode after holding that the prosecution case is
feeble and had failed to prove the allegations against Femi beyond reasonable doubt…… he was in court wt his fiancée who helped him carry a small Ghana-must-go bag containing some clothes incase he gets sentenced…..
