The half page advertorial surfaced in today’s Vanguard Newspaper. The man claims to be Comrade (Engr) Igbini Odafe Emmanuel, the immediate past Director-General of Delta State Direct Labour Agency. The man was a Governorship candidate in
Delta State on the platform of Peoples Redemption Party and the state Chairman of the party.

He says is the best man for a ministerial post based on his qualifications and competence…… ppl r already tipping him to b d first ever Walks Minister in Nigeria. If it comes to fruition, all trekkers wld finally av a say in d current administration…..
