There were jubilation sa cross the country after the Sexual Offenses Bill was passed yesterday and life jail was prescribed for rapists and anyone involved in sex with an unseated. The details of the bill however indicates that you can have
consensual sex with a girl from the age of 11 and above. This is currently causing some displeasure among many Nigerians who feel this like taking one step forward and 2 steps backward….. Some human rights activists r currently planning to fight till d age is increased to at least 34 years old for girls and 44 years for boys……
