Chief Justice Mahmud Mohammed, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, will deliver the oath of office for Buhari tomorrow. Mahmud was born on November 10, 1946 in Jalingo, Taraba State. He is the 15th Chief Justice of Nigeria and the first indigenously-trained lawyer to
