As at the time of filing in this report, all dictionaries in the world defines a father-in-law as the father of one’s husband or wife. But Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh begs to disagree. The actress, while thanking all the people that
made her introduction to her fiancé, Churchill Olakunle Oladunni, a success, referred to Rtd. Gen. Obasanjo as her father-in-law, a noun that has now got many people talking.
A quick background check revealed that Obasanjo said he has 21 children and gave their names in his recent book “The Watch.” They are: Iyabo (PhD), Busola, Segun (PhD), Gbenga (PhD), Deboye, Muyiwa, Funke, Bola (PhD) and Seun (PhD).
Also listed were Dare, Kofo, Dayo, Biyi, Bisoye, Damilola, Jonwo, Bunmi, Funso, Dayo, Toyosi and Bukola. Further checks reveal that Churchill Olakunle Oladunni is just related to Obasanjo and not his son. So yes, Obasanjo is one of Tonto’s in-laws but not her father-in-law….. wt ds few points, permit to say, aluta continua, victoria acerta…..
