Nigerian man excretes 90 wraps of cocaine, upon arriving India, from Lagos

India’s Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested Okonkwo M Tony, for allegedly trying to smuggle in cocaine in as many as 90 capsules, which he had swallowed. He was apprehended after he landed at the Indira Gandhi International Airport.

He was admitted to a hospital, following which he ejected 90 cocaine-filled capsules weighing 1.3 kg, over two days. He told investigators that he had swallowed them at a guest house in Lagos. He was to hand over the capsules to another Nigerian in India.
