The angry housewife bathed her husband, Charles Ehianaguan, with hot water after beating her at ‘Car Wash’ area of Egbeda-Idimu, Lagos State. Neighbors reveal that beating his wife, Esther, was a frequent ritual for Charles. But last Sunday, Esther decided that
she had had enough of the beating after Ehianaguan, attached to Area F Police Command, Logistics and Supply Unit, Ikeja, Lagos, pounced on her again and gave her an early morning dose of pummeling.
After ensuring that Esther was satisfied with the beating, he left home, then Esther boiled water and waited for him to return. Although it was getting late, she repeatedly kept the water very hot despite the scarcity and high cost of kerosene. He eventually returned around 8pm. Esther picked up the sound of his footsteps almost immediately and went to the doorway. As soon as she sighted him, she lavished the hot water on him. Charles’s shout of agony almost made the building collapse.
It was alleged that Esther, a foodstuff seller, was often left, by Charles, to shoulder the financial burden in the home and cater for their children. And this usually leads to most of their quarrels….. as d wife cldnt comprehend wot he does wt his own share of d daily bride they collect…..
