Chloe Baker wept today after Sean Zeisz, 20, admitted repeatedly assaulting her and biting her on the hand after a struggle in a city centre street, on October 3, 2015, after he had taken both alcohol and cocaine.
But Chloe, 21, sobbed in the public gallery today during sentencing at Liverpool Crown Court because she didn’t want him to be jailed. Frank Dillon, prosecuting, said that the couple had been in a volatile relationship for about two years.
Judge Cummings sentenced Zeisz to a total of 16 months imprisonment after telling Chloe that: “The public have the right to expect serious offences will be dealt with seriously.”
