Nigerian ex-international football star, Kingsley Obiekwu aka Shagari, was full of joy today as he received a donation of N1M from Mr Lucky Ikechukwu Ujomu, CEO of Lucky Bay Homes.
The unpalatable story of the former football star loading bus at a park in Enugu was in the news few days ago.
I picked up the story and decided to trend it by using my contacts in the media, I reached out to fellow Ibusa indigenes on how we could help our brother.
On hearing about his predicament, Mr Lucky put a call across to me to verify the story and get Kingsley Obiekwu’s direct contact number.
Immediately the story was confirmed, Mr Lucky sent N1M to Kingsley Obiekwu of which he (Kingsley Obiekwu) confirmed receipt of the said amount.
Mr Lucky Ikechukwu Ujomu is a philanthropist, he hails from Ogboli in Ibusa, Oshimilli North LGA of Delta State. He is a real estate mogul.
