“Ex-unemployed Nigerians have refused to pay back loans,” NDE’s deputy director cries out

At the weekend, the Deputy Director, Information and Public Relations of National Directorate of Employment (NDE), Edmund Onwuliri, disclosed that beneficiaries of the loans, who participated in NDE skills acquisition training, were given start-up capital and equipment.

He said majority of them were yet to pay back the loans, adding that NDE had put mechanisms in place to recover its loans. He then urged them to repay, to avoid forcing their guarantors to pay back the loans…. in pounds sterling….
