SDK is reporting that the marriage between the Ooni and Adebukunola Ogunwusi crashed even before his coronation as the king but she just made up appearance at the coronation and she never
resumed her position as the Olori. They had no child together.
Ooni Ogunwusi has now married Wuraola Otiti Zynab Obanor from the Oluyare Compound, Iremo Quarters in Ile-Ife and also a native of Benin City, Edo State. She is from Royal Brass Casters guide family -Ine n’ Igun and her forefather Ezhoe is from Oluyare compound, Ile Ife.
SDK also claims that their union is in the final stage, with only few formalities remaining and those will be concluded within the coming weeks. Wuraola, currently based abroad, will be relocating to take on her new role as the wife of the Ooni of Ile-Ife.
