Abu Dhabi club say Emenike was a big disappointment, as they fire him

Abu Al Ain insist Emmanuel Emenike, 28, did not do enough to prove his worth to them, hence they decided to send the former Super Eagles striker packing on Wednesday. Emenike will now return to Fenerbahce, Turkey, where
he was loaned from, less than a year ago.

Al Ain board member, Mohammed Hamdoun, said: “I saw Emenike in the World Cup and the Africa Cup of Nations with Nigeria and he was a good player. But when he came here he scored only 7 (league) goals, with the local players we have here? Enough.”….. is enough of grandpas using football age to bobo us…..
