An official order from the Federal High Court in Abuja is said to have been issued for the arrest of Mr. Government ‘Tompolo’ Ekpemupolo in connection to a N13bn fraud involving land contracts for the
construction of a Nigerian Maritime University (NMU). .

On December 10th, 2015 Tompolo was wanted for questioning by the EFCC but he refused to honor the invitation claiming he was already in court against the EFCC who wishes to question him about the illicit sale of a N13bn land by him to the FG.

The GEJ led FG allegedly paid him N13bn for a parcel of land to build NMU. Tompolo who is reportedly hiding in the Niger Delta creeks; rejects any insinuation that the land deal was fraudulent asking the EFCC to go to GEJ for clarification…… n stop disturbing his peace…..
