The #NigerState Police Command has arrested a 25-year-old man, Abdullahi Umar, for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl in Angwan Tukura.

The suspect tricked his victim by sending her to help him buy a sachet of water. However, on her return, the Umar dragged her into an Islamic primary school and had carnal knowledge of her. .

Following his arrest, the suspect confessed that he had been planning for the girl for a long time before he eventually got her. .

“I had sex with her forcefully because that was the only opportunity I had and I wouldn’t want to miss it at that point in time. .

I have set trap for her several times but for one reason or the other, the plans failed and when this opportunity came, I didn’t want to miss it.
