Singer Temmie Ovwasahas narrated how she was sexually abused by her step father from Age 11-17 yrs.
She said she made up her mind to share the story after her mother’s death because she could not bear the shame of the story
She further saidher mother got to know of it through her diary and when she did, she did not do anything about it because she was over protective of her husband. She was an example of a woman who is not without her husband.
She was advised to confront the man if the story was true. She did and the mother still remained silent about it.
