Actor Frederick Leonard has suggested to the government to penalize people who don’t use deodorant/body spray. He recommended that such behavior should be made punishable by law.
Using his instagram, he issued out the memo to “whom it may concern” asking that they get deodorants and use it. This could be triggered by a nauseating experience he had with an unhygienic individual. Hopefully, those concerned get his message.
He wrote:
