A customer has been reportedly locked up inside a bank for complaining about SMS charges according to a twitter source.
In a viral video, lots of customers staged a mini protest against the exorbitant SMS charges billed on them by the bank. According to a twitter source, the bank manager stated that nothing can be done about the SMS charges. It was also alleged that some customers were billed between N10,000 and N70,000.
