The discovery of an Improvised Explosive Device, IED, created panic, yesterday, in Asaba, Delta State.
.
According to reports, the IED was spotted around North West Filling station, opposite Oshimili South secretariat. Men of the Delta State police anti-bomb squad were later called in to evacuate it.
