Justice G.I ULOKO (Rtd), died today at a hospital in Nigeria, after a long battle with cancer which he eventually won, but had a side effect of heart failure. He was a chief judge of Plateau State, hailing from Utonkon, Benue State. In 2012 he was appointed chief commissioner of public complaints commission (ombudsman) Nigeria. May His soul rest in peace.
