Robert Azibaola and his wife, Stella, were today granted N500m bail each, by the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court. Trial Justice Nnamdi Dimgba, ordered them to produce two sureties in like sum.
The sureties must be owners of landed properties within the Asokoro District of Abuja and must present evidence of payment of income tax. They’re then directed to be remanded at Kuje Prison, pending the fulfilment of the bail conditions…. in 20 minutes’ times….
