Yesterday, Dr. Zainab Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, adopted Siddiqa Bako, the daughter of a mentally challenged woman who hitherto roamed the streets of Birnin Kebbi. The mother was taken to the hospital as the First Lady renamed the daughter Siddiqa Abubakar Atiku Bagudu.
