Richard Nyong, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Lekki Gardens, the construction company handling the construction of the 5-storey building that collapsed last Tuesday in Lekki, Lagos State, has been arrested and is being detained at Panti Police Station. He will be charged to court today as the death toll rises to 34.
