Mr. Richard Nyong, the MD of Lekki Gardens, owner of the building that collapsed on Tuesday in Lekki, killing many, and the contractor in charge of the 5-storey building, were today charged to court by the Lagos State Government for their alleged roles in the collapsed building that killed atleast 35 people. The Magistrate ordered that they should both be remanded in prison till April 12, 2016.
