This morning in Abuja, while on his way to attend “Focus Nigeria” an AIT program, the Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi and his entourage, pulled over to give some stranded civil servants a lift….. he even told someone who couldn’t get a space, to come and sit on his lap….
