An interim report submitted to the Federal Executive Council on the crash that killed Minister of State for Labour James Ocholi, his wife and son, by the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has revealed that the driver of the late Minister of State ad no valid driver’s license. FRSC Corps Marshall Boboye Oyeyemi, who presented the report, also said the investigation team discovered that over speeding led to the accident.
