Because of the mistake, the customer didn’t want the ticket so Donnelly purchased it himself and it turned out to be the winning ticket. Donnelly decided to take the one-time lump-sum payout of $7m over $1k payment per day for life…. d customer who rejected d ticket is now begging him for half of d money…..
