Olayemi Bamitale, a former driver, and Ita Enang, a night guard, of late Prof. Albert Ilemobade, a former VC of the University of Technology (FUTA), were today sentenced to death by hanging for killing him. .
They confessed to strangling him to death at his home in Akure, Ondo State, last September, after which they dumped his remains in an empty stall in his compound before taking away his Toyota SUV car and other valuables.
