Today, the EFCC arraigned, Felix Tangwam, a former Chairman of Demsa LGAof Adamawa State, on five counts bordering on obtaining by false pretense to the tune of N982,468,000. He allegedly used his
position to award a number of contracts to companies which he had interest in and failed to deliver on them.
He pleaded not guilty and was admitted to bail in a sum of N500m and a surety, who must be a family man with a landed property worth N100m. Hearing was fixed for February 22, 2016…. to allow him recover well after d Valentine’s Day celebration….
