An unidentified helicopter is reported to have plunged into the lagoon behind Oworonsoki Police Station. National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) spokesman, Ibrahim Farinloye, said no distress call was sent to NEMA alert system from the chopper, but
rescue agencies are on their way to the scene of the incident.
An eyewitness says the helicopter made a loud noise before nose-diving into the Third Mainland Bridge area in Lagos today. The police and officials of NEMA have begun rescue operations at the scene of the crash….. my prayers r wt them…..
