Sam Nneji Chukwuemeka, 40, alias Moses Jeffery was declared wanted 4 years ago, for trying to smuggle 645g of brown sugar from Shillong, Meghalaya, India to Holland in 2011. However, Chukwu’s friend, Gideon Syiem, was arrested. Syiem, who
is now cooling his heels inside the Shillong district jail, named Chukwu as the ring leader in the attempted drug smuggling. He ran away from Shillong thereafter, to evade arrest.
The Indian Customs department however issued a red alert notice against him after they found that his passport number also figured in the parcelling box which contained the seized drugs. All the airports of the country were alerted. He was only arrested recently after the immigration cell at New Delhi alerted the police that he has been detained for over-staying in India after his visa expired…… he wants Nigerians to join him in prayers so dt he won’t b deported…….
