In November 2013, a High Court in Effurun, Delta State, sentenced him to death by hanging. On hearing about the judgement, Amnesty International launched a massive campaign for amnesty for him. And yesterday, the Delta State governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan granted him total pardon….. Moses later said his crime wasn’t stealing, his crime was nt stealing enough. He has promised neva to commit dsame crime again……..
