day, Ujam, the immediate past Commissioner for Land in Enugu State, has been awarded his ‘winners’ certificate by INEC….. after receiving his certificate, he promised to use his new role to fight corruption n injustice in Nigeria. Congrats to him. Crime pays indeed….
