The operation took a team of surgeons 9 hours and has allowed the patient to become sexually active. His penis was cut 3 years ago after a circumcision went wrong. Professor Andre van der Merwe, head of the urology division at Stellenbosch University, whose
staff carried out the operation at Tygerberg hospital in Cape Town, said: “The erections that he gets are very good.”

He received the new organ from a deceased donor and has regained all functions. He is sexually active again and is very happy. The team now plan to perform 9 more similar operations….. wt an evil grin, he said he can wait to give his girlfriend a really good pounding to kno its real…..
